Moving right along down the path of fitness. With 7 weeks now under my belt things are starting to feel good and can see some progress.
I'm most focused on the Cedar Cross event in May.
I've dialed in my nutrition plan and bike set up. Now it's about getting ready with miles and hours on the bike so that I can do 113 miles of gravel. I also think I settled in on about what my pace needs to be to finish. Target is 160 to 163 watt average, which depending on the weather will be 15 to 16 mph average. That's 7 to 8 hours. I want to start off conservative so I can juice it up for the last 20 or so miles. Just over 30 days before this challenge starts.
