Jingle Cross Video

Looked at the footage I shot last week the other day, it's was not up to the standards that Dawndi Cam produces. She is much better at it than I am. She films, I edit, it needs to stay that way.

I did find video that is very good, check these links from

  1. WEll Jeff - I think the vedio is very good. More Bubba this weeek end? Good luck in the final preparations for Nationals.

  2. Jeff,

Good luck at the races Sunday and beyond - You've got Jingle legs to ride on - so put it out there. Will be looking for the Dawndi Cam wrap up. Lucky you - without any ice and snow this week-end.

Weren't we all lucky that the weather in Iowa was THIS weekend instead of last week-end. Makes Jingle week-end look down right paradise.

  3. I saw the weather report, you're right, what a bullet Jingle Cross dodged. We get up to 60 degrees today.

Dawndi Cam will be at the State race and at Nationals...would be there today but I'm staying late to transport up needed items for next weekend.

nice video - it seems to me that for that long run up it would be better not to carry your bike but to push it in front of you, letting it support some of your weight, surprised that more didnt. Can you run faster carrying 20 unstable wobbly pounds on your shoulder, or rolling something in front of you? My experience for example w/ runners who push strollers, is that they can run almost as fast as their regular time.

  5. Rudy,

For me I think carry vs. push is better, may be due incline.

Hope to see you in Hermann this weekend

maybe push prevents adequate lean forward. looking forward to hermann - planning on both days. should be a really cool event!
