This weeks Training Plan

Monday - Swim
Tuesday - Run 8 miles / Hermann TT/ Run 3 miles
Wednesday - Swim
Thursday - 10 mile Hilly run
Friday - Swim
Saturday - off
Sunday - Short Run/ Long Bike

Goal is 11 to 12 hours for the week

Hope the weather holds out... rain is in the forecast most of the week
