Mt Pleasant winery was the setting for today's offering. It was up or it was down, not much in between. Started off well about third or forth wheel working a good pace and holding on OK. Couple laps in I started going backwards, the hills were just too much I guess.
Lots of great fans and lot's of money to be had out there. Team Red wheel and Team Seagal owned the run up hill with cheers, cash and wine hand-ups, awesome!
Then there was the stair section, lots of cowbell and money to be had there too. Look close you can see the money offering here.

Despite the poor finish (16th) I'm not at all disappointed, it was a fun day with great fans, ton's of encouragement all over the place, thanks to all that gave me a shout out today. And I held on to 5th in the bubba cup.
Then there was the enormous effort from Dan Miller who ripped it out there today, impressive.
Here gives you a good idea of the course today and an awesome crash. All were OK and were racing again once they got off the ground.

Next up is a rest week, followed by the last Bubba Cup race on Sunday then State in two weeks.
damn, i like how that big shark rider just tosses the other dudes bike. sportsmanship baby! we can't all hold ourselves tho the Sven Nys standard though ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat race, Jeff. I've never seen a racer give the fans money before:)
ReplyDeleteThe reverse hand up – just might be the next best thing
ReplyDeleteI think you may have forgotten the cheering section at the top of the hill following the downhill, off-camber. Pfoodman-BigShark was holding court with the cash, beer, and jeering.
ReplyDeleteGreat race, anyway!
boz, your section rocked... you also paid out big bucks!
ReplyDeleteI am going to turn 18 tomorrow and I've had a practice account for several months and have been experimenting with it all that time, trying different strategies and techniques and have found a way to keep on making small consistent profits. What I'd like to know is for when the time comes tomorrow to put in real money, what would be a recommended number of times I place a trade every day I trade forex to make small consistent profits? Good answers would be much appreciated. Thanks.
