This Weeks Training Plan

Tuesday

  • Good warm up - 4 x 3 min run intervals (zone 4/5)

  • 25 min bike in zone 4/5

  • 3 mile run in zone 1/2

Wednesday


  • 900 yard swim working on technique

  • 3 mile run

Thursday

  • 4 x 3 min run intervals (zone 4/5)

Friday

  • zone 1/2 run

Saturday or Sunday

  • 2 hour run how I feel

Dawndi and I had to head off to Oklahoma this week for a funeral so the workout plan consists mostly running.
