This weeks Training Plan

A quick look back at last weeks training hours broke out like this... missed my 12 hour goal by 2.
  • 50% bike
  • 30% run
  • 20% swim

One of my goals for last week was to increase the intensity/intervals. Goal accomplished during my hilly run and Sunday group ride. On Sunday I put down a few hard pulls and a couple of attacks.

This week looks like this

Monday - Swim 600 yards
Tuesday - Run 3 miles/ Katy Trail Intervals on Cross Bike / Run 3 miles (It's going to rain AGAIN on Tuesday night so I'm going out before work)
Wednesday - Swim 600 yards
Thursday - Recovery ride or walk
Friday - Off
Saturday - Short high intensity session
Sunday - John Howard Biathlon Race

This should come to about 7 to 8 hours
