Yesterdays workout resulted in a new PR for a one mile run: 6 min 03 sec. My goal during the one mile sprint was 6:15 ro 6:20, so this result was a nice surprise!
The days workout was a good one, and yes it did rain again, but more in the afternoon. Would have been dry enough at 6pm for the TT. Better to be safe then sorry. Ended up with 6 miles of running and did one mile on, one mile off intervals for 10 miles using the cross bike on the Katy Trail.

Transitoin: 2 min
Bike: 18 miles 53 min
Total time: 1 hour 16 min
