Sunday Race




I'll be heading here to Lost Valley on Sunday, racing the endurance class. Weather has turned cool, should be much like last weekend.

Dawndi and I upgraded our MP3 players the other day to this..
These things are great. Super small, easy to carry and sound great.

    Jeff - good luck in the race tomorrow. Sounds like a good event - it ought to make for a very good workout - hard/base/tempo - can't beat it.
    We had a great long workout today at the All Nine Yards event. They have some interesting gravel just northeast of Des Moines.
    You'll really like the Ipod.
