Sick of Indoor Training workouts?

Try this workout on your rollers or trainer

  • Start in the small chainring in front and two cogs down from the top in the back.
  • Every 5 min shift into a harder gear.
  • If you want a harder workout start in the large chaingring in front.

Today is 3 hours on the rollers/treadmill... too cold to venture outside... brrrrrr

    Jeff - The weather forscast for your ride looks to be rather borderline for a 64 miler. We were hoping to race one of Conn's gravel events this Sat, but we are looking at a sub zero night before the race. I don't know. I was hoping to RACE. I've been really sick with a flu bug - I really ought to stay home, but I'd like to race the new bike - I need to send you a picture of the new ride.
