Today marks the end of 27 week plan of base building and threshold improvement. This coming week will be spent resting and getting lots of sleep as I officially begin cyclocross specific training.

Overall I have raced less this year but have had some breakthrough numbers and solid results. This year I've been motivated by endurance MTB races and road races. And the early season gravel rides were awesome.
So here we go, it's time to get cyclocross training in full motion, just 54 day til the first race!
